- Confirmation of Permanent Residence letter/document
- Passport request letter that indicates permanent resident visa issuance
- An IRC request that an applicant for permanent residence complete a medical examination
- A single entry Permanent Resident Visa
- A permanent Resident Visa pick up notification letter.
